Privacy policy
The short version
This website collects no personal data about you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising or social media pixels, performs no fingerprinting, writes nothing to your browser's storage, and requests nothing from any third-party server. There is no contact form, because a form would collect data. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to send us in an email.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is:

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR and have not appointed one. Privacy enquiries go to the address above and are handled by Elizabeth Jones.
2. What we do not collect
To be explicit, because most privacy policies are written the other way round:
- No cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party, essential or otherwise.
- No analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no self-hosted analytics, no server-side page counting.
- No advertising pixels, conversion tags or remarketing tags.
- No device or browser fingerprinting.
- No
localStorage,sessionStorageor IndexedDB writes. - No web fonts, content delivery networks, embedded videos, maps, social widgets or remote images. Every file this site loads comes from novatren.online itself, which means no third party learns that you visited.
- No contact form, no newsletter, no account, no login, no comments.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with anyone, for any purpose. We have none to sell.

3. Server log files — the one exception
Like every website, this one runs on a web server, and that server keeps short-lived technical logs. This is a function of the hosting infrastructure rather than something we have built in, but you should know about it.

4. If you email us
If you write to info@novatren.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it and whatever you put in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a pre-contractual or contractual matter, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, and no longer than three years, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it for longer. We do not add your address to any mailing list.
5. Where your data goes
Nowhere, beyond the hosting provider described above. We transfer no personal data outside the European Economic Area. We use no third-party advertising, analytics or profiling services on this site.
When you follow a partner link and leave this site, you enter a website operated by a different company. From that point their privacy policy, their cookies and their tracking apply, not ours, and we have no control over them and receive no personal data back from them. We receive only aggregate commission reporting, which does not identify individual readers. Read the destination site's own policy before entering any information there.
6. Automated decision-making
None. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process any child's personal data. As we collect no data from visitors, the question does not arise in practice.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@novatren.online or to COSMOS CLUB s.r.o., Waldertova 670/6, Drahovice, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. We will respond within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR. In practice, for a visitor who has not emailed us, we hold no data to give, correct or delete.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Our supervisory authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection:

10. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Because we hold no visitor data, there is no visitor database to breach — which is the most effective data protection measure available to a publisher of our size.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date. Any change that reduced the protection described here would be a material change to how the site works and would be stated plainly.
