About novatren.online

novatren.online is a small, independent, advertising-funded publication about consumer online security. It is published by COSMOS CLUB s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.

What we publish

Two kinds of page, kept visibly separate:

Buyer's guides, which discuss a specific commercial product and carry partner links. Every one of those links is labelled, and a disclosure appears at the top of the page and again immediately below the headline, before any promotional content.
Reference guides, which explain a mechanism — how a detection engine works, how credential stuffing works — and carry no commercial links at all.

Who writes it

Editorial content is written and signed by Elizabeth Jones, who is also the director of publication and responsible editor. Every article carries a named byline, a publication date and a last-reviewed date. We do not publish anonymous articles, guest posts written by advertisers, or content presented as a reader submission.

How we are funded

By affiliate commission. When a reader follows a partner link and buys something, the vendor's affiliate programme pays COSMOS CLUB s.r.o. a commission. The reader pays the same price they would have paid otherwise.

What we refuse to do

Set out in full in the editorial policy, and in short: no invented testimonials, no reader stories we did not receive, no star ratings or scores we did not earn the right to give, no countdown timers or artificial scarcity, no guaranteed-outcome claims, and no statistic we cannot point at a source for.

What we collect about you

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising pixel, uses no fingerprinting, writes nothing to your browser's storage, and requests nothing from a third-party server. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. The cookie policy explains how to verify this in your own browser in under a minute.
